Memorial Services for Sandra R. Neylon, 72, a lifetime Painesville resident will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Zion Lutheran Church, 508 Mentor Ave., Painesville.
Friends and family will be received from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the church.
Mrs. Neylon was born Nov. 15, 1940, in Painesville. She passed away July 14, 2013, at West Medical Center in Willoughby. Sandra was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Painesville. She was an LPN employed by Lake East and West Hospitals and was a private duty nurse for many years. She was the administrator for Lake County Around the Clock Home Care.
She was an avid antique collector who loved to shop garage sales looking for antiques and collectables. She especially enjoyed being with her family that is when she was the happiest. She was a very kind and giving person. She was a member of the Finnish Heritage Museum in Fairport Harbor.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Kenneth, whom she married on April 1, 1967; sons, Christopher J. (Mandy) Neylon, Stephen C. Neylon and Robert A. Neylon; daughter, Jennifer E. (Matthew) Lewis; grandchildren, Lauren V. West, Greyson P. West and Kayla M. Lewis, Joshua Lewis and Raimie Lewis; brothers, David (Sara) Ollila and John (Margie) Ollila.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond E. and Dorothy E. (Rippin) Ollila.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Zion Lutheran Church Painesville.
